What should you do if your flight has been delayed or cancelled?
Airlines always reserve the right to cancel or delay flight at last minute. It will be a nightmare to travelers when facing with cancelled or delayed flights. However, it doesn't mean that travlers can do nothing but accept the unexpected fact. You should know your right as a passenger and do what you should to do to decrease your loss. If your flight has been delayed or cancelled, the first thing that you should to do is to ask for document from airline as evidence. There are two methods for you ask for the proof. First, you can come to airport counter to ask for the document before the flight takes off. Second, you can ask for the document when you land on the destination. The content of the document used for evidence shall include the delayed time and reasons ect. Later, the evidence from airline will be the key to claim.
