Itinerary :
DAY1
Arrival in Beijing
Our professional guide will meet you at Beijing airport and take you to
the hotel. The rest day is free.
DAY2
Beijing ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to Tian'anmen Square, located in the heart of the capital,
and the Forbidden City-one of the greatest feats of ancient Chinese architecture.
Afternoon tour includes Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal
family. Enjoy a famous Beijing roast duck dinner in the evening.
DAY3
Beijing ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Great Wall - the landmark of China. It is one of the
most amazing feats of manmade construction on earth visible from outer
space. Afternoon tour to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way see giant
marble figures and animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors
of the Ming Dynasty. Enjoy a Peking Opera performance in the evening.
DAY4
Beijing / Xian ( B,L,D ) *
Morning Tour to the Temple of Heaven, where the Ming and Qing emperors
prayed for good harvests. The temple is the largest temple complex remaining
in China today. Afternoon you fly to Xi’an, the great ancient capital and
the eastern end of the Silk Road. At Xian airport you will be met by our
guide and take you to the hotel. The rest of the day you are free to explore
the city.
DAY5
Xian ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Xian Old City Wall, the Bell Tower, the Stone Tablet
Forest the Big Mosque and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built in
652 AD. It contains a large column of Buddhist scriptures which were obtained
from India. Enjoy a Xian Dumpling dinner.
DAY6
Xian ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour that includes an unparalleled tour to the incredible Terra-Cotta
Warriors and Horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of
unified China. also visit to the Huaqing Hot Spring - a former resort area
for the emperor and empress. In the evening enjoy a Tang Dynasty Show.
DAY7
Xi'an / Chongqing ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Provincial Museum. Afternoon fly to Chongqing. In the
evening you will board a 5 star cruise ship on the Yangtze River, lunch,
dinner and sleeping accommodations included. The ship departs Chongqing
at 9pm.
DAY8
Cruise the Three Gorges on the Yangtze ( B,L,D )*
Morning cruise and tour to Shibaozhai. See a nine storey ancient tower
that is atop a sheer cliff. In this small town on the Yangtze River, there
are many historical attractions. For the rest of the day, you have the
option of attending information lectures or enjoying the picturesque scenery
of Yangtze River. In the evening enjoy the Captain's welcome party and
dinner in the dinning Hall at 7:00pm.
DAY9
Cruise the Three Gorges on the Yangtze ( B,L,D ) *
Cruise the Qutang Gorge, the shortest and the grandest of the Three Gorges.
Wu Gorge is next. You will be impressed by its famous lofty and misty peaks.
Disembark at Badong for a tour to the Shennong Stream and enjoy the beautiful
scenery. you will also see a unique view of a cliff burial site. Enjoy
the unique songs of the local Tujia people. Continue sailing into the western
section of Xiling Gorge. Pass the five-step ship lock. Dock overnight at
Sandouping, close to the Three Gorges Dam.
DAY10
Yangtze River Cruise Yichang / Shanghai ( B,L,D ) *
Cruise ship arrives Yichang about 13:00. Fly to Shanghai. Guide will meet
you at the airport and take you to the hotel.
DAY11
Shanghai ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour to Yu Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and a carpet factory.
Enjoy an Acrobatic Show in the evening.
DAY12
Shanghai ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour to the Bund Shanghai's famous waterfront promenade and
the old quarter of the city and a view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
Shopping at the famous Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Then return you
to hotel.
DAY13
Shanghai / Guilin ( B,L,D ) *
Morning is free. Afternoon flight to Guilin. Guide will meet you at the
airport and take you to hotel. The rest of afternoon and evening is free.
DAY14
Guilin ( B,L,D ) *
Morning cruise down the winding Li River to Yangshuo. Enjoy the spectacular
scenery as it reflects in the crystal clear water. Tour to Yangshuo, a
small town with many stalls selling traditional Chinese articles. Return
to Guilin by bus.
DAY15
Guilin / Hong Kong ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to Elephant Trunk Hill, the Fubo Hill, the Diecai Hill, and
the Reed Flute Cave, Afternoon flight to Hong Kong, Guide will meet you
at airport and take you to the hotel.
DAY16
Hong Kong ( B,L ) *
Morning tour to Hong Kong Island, tram ride to mid-level of Central District,
then to the Victoria Peak, the Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market.
Afternoon tour to Kowloon Island by Star Ferry. Walk along the waterfront
and promenade back to the hotel. The Rest of the day is free.
DAY17
After breakfast, guide will take you to the airport for your departure.
