Itinerary :

DAY1
Arrival in Beijing
Our professional guide will meet you at airport and take you to the hotel. If time is permitted, you will visit Temple of Heaven, where the Ming and Qing emperors prayed for good harvests. It is the largest temple complex remaining in China today.

DAY2
Beijing ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to Tian'anmen Square, located in the heart of the capital, and the Forbidden City-one of the greatest feats of ancient Chinese architecture. Afternoon tour to Summer Palace, a former summer resort for the royal family. Enjoy a famous Beijing roast duck dinner in the evening.

DAY3
Beijing ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Great Wall - the landmark of China. It is one of the most amazing feats of manmade construction on earth visible from outer space. Afternoon tour to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way see giant marble figures and animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty. Leave for Zhengzhou by train.(softer sleeper)

DAY4
Beijing / Zhengzhou / Luoyang ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Shaolin Temple and the Forest of Pagoda and enjoy Shaolin Kung Fu performance. Also visit to white Horse Temple, the first Buddhist Temple in China. Then take you to the hotel.

DAY5
Luoyang / Zhengzhou / Xian ( B,L ) *
Morning tour to Longmen Grottoes. There are more than 100,000 images and statues of Buddha carved into the cliff walls on the banks of the Yi River. Afternoon, leave for Xian by Train (soft seated). Guide will meet you at Xian railway station and take you to the hotel.

DAY6
Xian ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour that includes an unparalleled visit to the incredible Terra-Cotta Warriors and Horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor of unified China. Also visit to the Huaqing Hot Spring - a former resort the emperor and empress. Enjoy a Tang Dynasty Show in the evening.

DAY7
Xi'an / Lhasa ( B,L,D ) *
After breakfast, fly to Lhasa. Guide will meet you at airport and take you to the hotel. The rest of the day you will try to acclimate to its high altitude (3650m).

DAY8
Lhasa ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour to Potala Palace - former residential palace for Dalai Lama, Jokhang Temple, a Buddhist Temple and local Bazaar - Barkhor street.

DAY9
Lhasa ( B,L,D ) *
A full day tour to Norbulingka-the Summer Palace for Dalai-Lama and Drepung Monastery, the largest Buddhist Monastery in Tibet.

DAY10
Lhasa / Chengdu ( B,L,D ) *
Morning flight to Chengdu, Guide will meet you at the airport. Then you will start city tour to Wangjiang Tower inside Wangjianglou Park where it was once a residence of Tang Dynasty woman poet. Then take you to the hotel.

DAY11
Chengdu ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to Pandas Breeding and Research Center. Afternoon tour to Sanxindui, which is over 3,600- 4,000 years ancient bronze museum which is the most important discovery in China in 1990s. Then take you to the hotel.

DAY12
Chengdu / Guilin ( B,L,D ) *
Morning flight from Chengdu to Guilin, Guide will meet you at the airport. Tour to the Elephant Trunk Hill, the Fubo Hill, the Diecai Hill, and the Reed Flute Cave.

DAY13
Guilin ( B,L,D ) *
Morning cruise down the winding Li River to Yangshuo, enjoy the spectacular scenery and the crystal clear water. Tour to Yangshuo, a small town with many stalls selling traditional Chinese articles. Return to Guilin by bus.

DAY14
Guilin / Hangzhou ( B,L,D ) *
Morning flight from Guilin to Hangzhou, Guide will meet you at airport and take you to visit the Memorial of General Yue Fei. Afternoon, take a cruise on the beautiful West Lake, visit to the Huagang Park to see the Red Carp and a Dragon Well Tea Village where you can taste the tea as well as acquaint yourself with the ancient refining process of tea.

DAY15
Hangzhou / Suzhou ( B,L,D ) *
After breakfast, leave for Suzhou by train. Suzhou is referred to as the "Venice of the East". Suzhou is also famous for its gardens. Morning tour to Tiger Hill with its Cloud Rock Pagoda, the symbol of Suzhou; it leans a bit to one side like the "Leaning Tower of Pisa" in Italy. Also a tour to picturesque "Humble Administrator’s Garden", Suzhou’s best known garden. Afternoon tour to the Panman ancient water gate, built 2,500 years ago. The next stop will be Suzhou number one silk factory where you will witness, step by step, the production of the finest silk in China

DAY16
Suzhou / Shanghai ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to Tongli, which is an example of a water-town, typical of this part of China. Afternoon, drive to Shanghai.

DAY17
Shanghai ( B,L,D ) *
Morning tour to the Jade Buddha Temple and Chenghuang Temple situated opposite the Wuxing Teahouse in the old quarter of the city. Afternoon tour to the Bund with its famous skyline, the Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, which is the most famous shopping district in Shanghai.

DAY18
Guide will take you to the airport for your departure.
