ITINERARY:
DAY1
Arrival in Beijing
On arrival at capital airport you will be met by
our guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest
of the day is at leisure or explore the city by
yourself.
DAY2
Beijing (B,L,D)
Today you will behold and mount the astonishing Great
Wall. After lunch coach along the Sacred Way to visit
the Ming Tombs.Enjoy a famous Peking Roast Duck Banquet
in Quanjude restaurant for dinner.
DAY3
Beijing (B,L,D)
After breakfast, you will have a tour of Tian'anmen
Square, the largest public square in the world, and
sightseeing the extravagances of Chinese history
in the Forbidden City--Imperial Palace. After lunch
at a Chinese restaurant, you visit the Summer Palace
and take a boat ride on its Lake Kunming. Acrobatics
show or Beijing Opera will be attended tonight.
DAY4
Beijing / Xian (B,L,D)
After breakfast, visit Temple of Heaven, where the
Ming and Qing emperors prayed for good harvest. The
temple is the largest temple complex remaining in
China today. Afternoon fly to Xi’an--the great ancient
capital and the eastern end of the Silk Road. At
Xian airport you will be met by our guide and escorted
to your hotel. A city tour of the Ancient City Wall,
one of few well-preserved ones in China.
DAY5
Xian (B,L,D)
A full day visit includes the unparalleled highlight
of an excursion to the incredible Terra-Cotta Warriors
and Horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang, the first
emperor of unified China. Added highlights are visits
to the Huaqing Hot Spring - a former resort area
especially for the emperor and royal family and a
visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda which was built
in 652 AD. It contains a large column of Buddhist
scriptures which were obtained from India by the
eminent monk Xuanzang.. Tonight enjoy Tang Dynasty
Show.
DAY6
Xian / Shanghai (B,L,D)
Fly to Shanghai in the morning.Met by our guide and
escorted to hotel.After check in , you will have
a half-day visit to the Yu Yuan Garden, Jade Buddha
Temple.
DAY7
Depart Shanghai (B,L)
Sightseeing of today includes the Bund Shanghai's
famous waterfront promenade --, old quarter of the
city and outside view of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower.
Free shopping at famous Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.
Transfer to the airport after dinner, fly back to
home.
