How do I print multiple shipping labels for eBay items?

It's easy to print multiple labels, there are just a lot of steps. Hang in there we'll walk you through it.

The major steps are:

  1. Preparing your sold items.
  2. Importing your items from eBay.
  3. Modifying your labels.
  4. Combining items.
  5. Printing your labels and your SCAN form.

Let's get started!

1. Prepare your sold items

  1. Log in to your My eBay account.
  2. Click Sold under Sell.
  3. Click the down arrow in the Action column and click Mark Payment as Received for each item you'll ship.

You can only import 100 items at a time and only those sold within the last 14 days.

2. Import items to the shipping tool

  1. Choose one item to ship and click the down arrow in the Action column. Click Print Shipping Label.
  2. Log in to your PayPal account when prompted.
  3. Select U.S. Postal Service and click Continue.
  4. Click the PayPal MultiOrder Shipping link. The MultiOrder Shipping page opens in a new window.
  5. Close the Getting Started box.
  6. In the top toolbar, click the Import link. A list appears.
  7. Click From eBay (non PayPal orders). Your domestic paid eBay items are imported to the shipping tool. If prompted, add or update your eBay User ID.

3. Modify your labels

  1. Once your items are imported, review the label details.
  2. To edit, highlight the row by clicking on it and click Edit in the tool bar. You can only change the mailing date after you click Print.

4. Combine the items for shipping

  1. Select multiple rows of items by holding down the Control key while selecting each row.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Click Combine Orders.

5. Print your Labels

  1. After the details are confirmed, click the Print icon in the top left corner.
  2. On the Print Preview page, confirm the final details.
  3. Click the Pay & Print icon on the Print Preview page. A sample label will open with the labels - be patient as this may take awhile to process.
  4. Click the Print Label button in the pop-up window.
  5. If you want a SCAN form, print it at this time.

You can only reprint labels during the 24 hours after you generated the label. A SCAN form can't be reprinted.

SCAN form information:

  • If you're using a plain paper printer, click the Print SCAN form button before or right after you print your labels.
  • If you're using a label printer, click Select Target Printer and select your paper printer to print the SCAN form.
  • A label printer can't be used to print a SCAN form.
  • After USPS has scanned your SCAN form, your unused shipping labels are no longer eligible for refunds.
