How to make a reservation?

It is only need five steps to make a reservation with us.

Step 1: Send your request

Browse the tours pages to find a tour you are interested. Leap to the page of Booking Forms and click Quick Contact Form or Tour Reservation Form. If you want to have a customized tour, please click Quick Contact Form or Tailor-made Tours Booking Form. Your plan in detail will be helpful to us make a perfect tour for you. And you can send E-mail to us directly with your plan in detail.

Step 2: Discuss and confirm details related to your trip

We will send you a Rudimental Confirmation with itinerary in detail and quotation as soon as possible. Please feel free to amend the items concluded in the Rudimental Confirmation such as rank of hotel, cities and attractions and more. Until you satisfy with your tour, we will send the Final Confirmation to you.

Step 3: Receive Proforma Invoice from us

After you have received the Final Confirmation and satisfy to all the items related to the trip, deposit is needed in order that we could begin to arrange your tour. We will send you the Proforma Invoice with the sum you need to pay.

Step 4: Make your payment

We have two payment methods: first, pay us by bank transfer. Choosing this way, you will be informed our bank account in detail. Second, pay us by credit online. Choosing this way, you should provide some information about your credit card.

Step 5: Complete reservation

After receiving the payment bill of you, we will send voucher to you, at the same time, begin to arrange your tour. The reservation is completed.
